Julene has been making offices hum for most of her working life in a variety of secretarial and receptionist roles. In 2009, she joined her sons at Intoria, adding bookkeeping to a long line of administrative skills. When not tidying up and doting on the staff, she can be found keeping the books up to date at her desk by the window where she can see her mountains.

Julene also has the added prestige of being a published author and a professional editor. Many of Intoria's websites and blogs have had her watchful eye for grammar, catching a split infinitive or incorrect pronoun.
