The Challenge

With over 65 years experience, Meridian Manufacturing Inc. is a proven leader in quality storage and handling products for both agriculture and industry as well as the oil, gas and mining sectors. Meridian required a dealer portal to allow their North America-wide dealer network to order and register products, access accounting systems to obtain marketing credits for joint advertising campaigns, run promotions, and provide a tool that facilitated communication between over one thousand dealers and Meridian’s regional dealer managers.

Our Solution

Meridian Manufacturing needed more than a vendor. They needed a trusted technical partner embedded directly into their business. Intoria effectively operated as an extension of Meridian’s internal IT team, taking ownership of discovery, planning, and execution for nearly every web and software initiative. We architected and implemented infrastructure including servers, hosting, and third-party technologies, worked directly with external vendors, and built custom dashboards, reporting systems, and dynamic document generation tools to support internal operations and their expansive dealer network. Beyond core systems, we supported Meridian’s Canadian and U.S. dealer ecosystem with custom portals, security consulting and implementation, and responsive tooling for day-to-day dealer needs. We partnered closely with Meridian’s marketing and brand teams to ensure all digital tools and web properties were brand compliant, while also building reimbursement systems that allowed dealers to recover shared ad spend and print media costs tied to Meridian product promotions. We continually iterated on multiple versions of Meridian’s website and dealer portal, and delivered purpose-built tools and apps to support trade shows and field events.

Results

This long-term, embedded approach gave Meridian Manufacturing a highly capable, scalable digital foundation without the overhead of expanding their internal IT department. Dealers across Canada and the United States gained reliable, brand-consistent tools that simplified reporting, reimbursement, and day-to-day engagement with the Meridian product line. Internal teams benefited from clearer visibility through dashboards and reporting, improved security posture, and streamlined workflows for documents, marketing spend, and vendor coordination. Most importantly, Meridian gained a technical partner who could move at the speed of their business. By acting as part of their team rather than an external supplier, Intoria helped Meridian continuously evolve their digital presence, support hundreds of dealers effectively, and confidently roll out new initiatives across web, software, marketing, and live events.
