Outstanding in our Field
One of the greatest challenges presented by the Meridian project was the amount of people, opinions and information that needed organization to produce a single image and voice. Intoria facilitated multiple meetings and discussions with key decision makers, as well as getting in touch with Meridian's sales force, IT team, and dealer network, in order to put a project plan together that would solve Meridian's most immediate needs while taking into account the needs of their dealers and end-clients and laying the foundation for future tools and expansion.
To add to the complexity, over the years Meridian acquired or launched six distinct brands for their manufacturing, and developed product lines for multiple industries in several locations across the continent. They wanted to merge their brands into one brand, and reflect standards for their product lines throughout their multiple facilities.
