When Knotty Boy approached Intoria, they had been selling dread products online for ten years, watching the Internet grow and change significantly throughout that period. What had started small, over the years grew into a large site that was becoming increasingly cumbersome and difficult to expand. The site had major limitations, preventing further growth and hindering smooth business operations. There were also issues interfacing well with third party shipping and payment technologies.
While Knotty Boy wanted the look of the website to remain virtually unchanged, they required an overhaul on the programming and operation of the site. They wanted to be able to continue to expand it and keep up with the ever-changing world of the Internet. They needed to find ways to stay connected with their loyal clients and their shipping and administrative operations needed significant streamlining. Most of all, they required a revamp that preserved their excellent search engine rankings and site popularity.
