To allow for well-organized and easy order management, Intoria went to work creating our biggest ever programming module which handles all administration of shipping, returns, customer inquiries, order tracking and processing. Knotty Boy's comprehensive, custom order manager allows orders in various stages of processing to be handled simultaneously and efficiently by multiple departments. The system provides instant, detailed information available to all staff on every order placed, even on orders where clients didn't make it all the way through to the decision to buy. It allows Knotty Boy to see trends in non-completed orders and notice any issues that clients may be having in the ordering process.

Their new order manager has significantly streamlined their shipping and customer service departments, allowing them to allocate considerable man-hours elsewhere within the company. Many customer questions and inquiries that used to take five to ten minutes to resolve now can be handled in less than a minute, or are taken care of by automated tasks that provide clients with more information sooner. Dozens of daily credit card fraud attempts have now ground to a halt. "Returned to Sender" orders are automatically flagged by Canada Post in their system for prompt turn-around and efficient handling.
