Yes, to login to webmail, please click here.

How can I setup a vacation auto-responder message?

Setting up an auto-responder can be done inside your webmail account. Once logged in, select "Settings" from the links in the top menu. Then, in the window that appears, click the "Autoresponder" tab. Ensure that the "Enabled" checkbox is selected when you would like to turn this feature on.

How can I forward my email to another address?

Setting up a forward can be done inside your webmail account. Once logged in, select "Settings" from the links in the top menu. Then, in the window that appears, click the "Mail Forwarding" tab. On this screen, add the email address you would like emails forwarded to in the "Forwarding Recipients" field.

Can I change my password?

Yes. Changing your password can be done inside your webmail account. Once logged in, select "Settings" from the links in the top menu. Then, in the window that appears, click the "Password" tab. Remember that you will need to update your password on any device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, etc.) that you use to check mail.

I think an email was incorrectly tagged as spam. Where can I find quarantined spam messages?

Email that is incorrectly tagged as spam (called a false positive) can be found in your webmail account, in a folder entitled Spam. To deliver this message to your inbox, select the message and click the "Not Spam" button.

If you are using IMAP (What is IMAP?), you will also see a Spam folder on your device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, etc.). Messages can be moved from this folder to the Inbox, or marked as "Not Spam" (depending on the device).

I'm getting lots of spam.

Here are some things you can do:

Can I block (blacklist) an email account, or approve (whitelist) an account so that it doesn't appear as spam?

Yes. To whitelist or blacklist an email address, visit your webmail account. Once logged in, select "Settings" from the links in the top menu. Then, in the window that appears, click the "Spam Settings" tab, and add email addresses to the "Allowed Senders" or "Blocked Senders" fields.

What is IMAP?

When using IMAP, email is stored on the mail server, and a view of the email is synced to a device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, etc.). IMAP email can be helpful if you have several devices that access the same email address and you want all devices to update when an action is taken on another device. For example, with IMAP, if you check your email on your smartphone, your desktop and laptop will show this message as read. If you delete an email on your laptop, your smartphone and desktop will show the item as deleted as well.

What is POP?

When using POP, email is downloaded from a server and stored on a device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, etc.). Once the email is downloaded, it is typically removed from the server because it is already saved on the computer device. If you download email to multiple devices, each device will have its own copy of the message.
